Beginners Ashtanga Course
Kick off the new year with a beginner's course in the Ashtanga yoga system. This will be a 4 week course to get you started in this life changing yoga tradition. We will learn the foundational poses and some of the primary series, sun salutes, ujjayi breathing and there will be a guided relaxation in every class.
What you will need: comfortable clothing, you can expect to get quite warm, t shirt and shorts are fine. Try and not eat too much before class as it is easier when you tummy is not full.
